I think I liked this book in spite of myself. It is a romance book and I don't like romance; I like urban fantasy. It is in a steampunk world, but it is much more of a romance book than a steampunk book. The second book in the series can't be a romance can it? Since it's about the same characters and they already have their HEA. It does take a little while to get into the story, I considered quitting a few times. It is very funny and I love the characters.
